We offer shipping to all locations within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product you have ordered, but most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order.

Returns:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your Mascot Grill purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the item is in new and unused condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
